We are recruiting to fill the following vacant positions below:
To work collaboratively with all other Departments within the Company To work in a team environment as well as independently. Someone who is adaptable to change and a fast pace environment. Maintain awareness of, and compliance with the Management System procedures
o Preparation of project back-up for invoicing and administration of the invoicing process
o Assist on internal and external invoice approval
o Assist in Monthly Project Cost Report computation
o Follow up reimbursable costs
o Increase other Department awareness of the Cost Control function
o Budget transfer and variance register
o Report to the MD directly.
o Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Direct Experience or equivalent
o Finance/Business Bachelor / Master and/or qualification
o 6 years of experience of Cost Control depending on project size and complexity
