• Develop a comprehensive SME strategy/road map
• Map opportunity within the country based on industry and opportunity
• Benchmark our solutions across the market and ensure competitiveness of our solutions
• Training of all RM’s and certification of them in relation to SME solutions
• Manage the profitability of the segment and ensure the delivery of the balance sheet target on both assets and liabilities

Requirements

• Education. MBA
• Min 8 years’ experience in Banking which includes 3 years in managerial level.
• Specialization in SME would be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Setup branch users
• Prompt response to branch complaints and inquiries
• Act as contact for all branches on issues concerning virtual banking
• Ensure SMS are delivered to customers
• Provide detailed report of all activities within the sub-unit on daily, weekly basis and monthly basis.

• Minimum education level - A good first degree in any discipline
• A minimum of 0 - 5 years’ experience e-business, customer service, virtual banking or Related functions

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall deposit growth on all retail liabilities (current, savings and domiciliary accounts) bank wide
• Ensure that the bank’s customer acquisition targets are achieved
• Supervise the Agency banking network
• Drive initiatives required to achieve the product marketing and sales strategy

Requirements

• Qualification - Minimum of first degree
• Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience, of which 8 years should have been in the banking industry
• Possession of an MBA, will confer an added advantage on the candidate
