Job Description

• Meet and greet clients and visitors and clients
• Generate exceptional graphic designs from modern softwares
• Manage the firms online blog portals
• Answer/screen/direct incoming calls
• Ensure all stationery is well stocked
• Order in all refreshments for meeting rooms
• Keep all meeting space tidy
• Maintain the reception area to an impeccable level at all times
• Ad hoc assistance when required
• Keep abreast of any staff movement in and out of the office
• Organise couriers and taxis
• Handle all incoming mail and deliveries

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ Administrative experience
• Minimum of a National Diploma in any discipline.
