All Request for Quotation forms must be returned on or before the 23 SEPT 2015 by 5 PM to this email address Bids@NERI-Nigeria.com to be considered. Should you have any question regarding the services requested in this RFQ, please contact via this email (Bids@NERI-Nigeria.com). Questions will be entertained until 4 PM on Monday 21 SEPT 2015. At this time, all answers will be collected and distributed to all bidders. Questions must be sent in writing to this email address.
