Business Management Duities
- You will be responsible for overall supervision and the smooth running of the day to day operations of all sales outlets.
- Increase company profitability by devising cost control measures.
- Drive results by continuously seeking improvements to enable individual outlet and company growth.
- Ensure that monthly sales targets are met and expand current income streams.
- Must lead by example and ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing five star customer service to all customers.
- Responsible for conducting customer service training to all staff.
- Ensure that our values are understood, embraced and complied with by all staff.
- Ensure that best quality standards are upheld – from delivery of goods to consumption of finished products.
- Ensure the conduct of the business within the ethical, legal, and moral boundaries consistent with our values.
- Liaise with external agents on behalf of the company; such as NAFDAC, PHCN, Local government agencies, health authorities, etc.
- Act as a gate-keeper for the CEO and MD.
Facility Management Duties
- Look after all the basic requirements of the building like hygiene, water, electricity, air condition, etc.
- Hire maintenance staff for the building and assign them duties according to their capabilities
- Ensure all the building codes are in order
- Make surprise inspections of the building to ensure that everything is in working order
- Inspect all the equipment that is present in the building
- Hand out guidelines for hygiene and safety to all the offices in the building
- Coordinate with all the office representatives to ensure that they get proper service from the maintenance crew
- Make reports on the building and equipment for the MD and CEO
