    Senior Software Engineer

    Qualification and Experience:

    Experience/Skills:

    • 2-6 years experience
    • Java , SQLite/SQL
    • IntelliJ and Android Studio 
    • Understanding of core OOP
    • Interfacing with Web Service SAOP Protocol, REST Protocol
    • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
    • Understanding of SQLite/SQL
    • Comfortable with Linux command line & version control (git, svn etc)
    • Experienced working with remote data via REST and JSON
    • Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

    Workshop Engineer

     

    Responsibilities:

    Job Summary

    The Workshop Engineer will provide an on-site technical repair and customer service function to automobile clients for the automobile division of the Conglomerate.

    Responsibilities

    • To provide technical support following company procedures relating to the testing, maintenance and calibration of company rental equipment and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
    • The calibration and maintenance of test equipment (and even inspecting and test driving vehicles and checking for faults) ensuring all is in satisfactory working order at all times.
    • To carry out calibrations and preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled and planned basis.
    • Make sure there is a proper vehicle flow through the workshop.
    • Ensure the workshop loading is done effectively.
    • Updating maintenance & calibration schedules for rental & test equipment 
    • Updating the status of rental assets and job reports on company asset tracking system 
    • Taking responsibility for individual projects, and managing its associated budgets.
    • Working closely with vendors ensuring timely arrival of spare parts order / workshop stock.
    • To provide advice and feedback to customer(s) on the use of equipment or vehicles.
    • Ensuring delivery times are met.
    • Communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels to ensure satisfactory information transfer.
    • Supervision of designated workshop engineers; establishing and maintaining a high degree of discipline.
    • Training of new employees & Trainee Workshop Engineers.
    • Carrying out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested.                        

    Qualification and Experience:

    Experience/ qualifications

    • Degree in Engineering AutomobileMechanical.
    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in handling workshop floor independently.

    Job Purpose

    • To retain and increase the business of existing key accounts.
    • To meet and exceed  client goals and aspirations assigned to their travel programme
    • To act as the Ambassador of the Organization, developing meaningful, long lasting relationships

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts effectively and holistically.
    • Develop multi layered relationships within the client e.g. Finance, Board, Marketing etc
    • Understand client business objectives and build a business plan to demonstrate key strategic goals to be achieved
    • Identify areas for growth within portfolio of accounts, be it through acquisitions, subsidiary companies
    • Establish and develop strong relationships with all internal personnel associated with portfolio of accounts (operations, finance, Marketing etc)

    • At least 2-3 years experience in a customer relations position within the travel and tourism industry, as a preference from a Travel consulting background.
    • At least 1 year Account management experience.
    • A good business acumen, with specific focus on business planning and presentation skills.
    • Must be able to work as part of a team with a positive attitude to external and internal forces.
    • Excellent presentation skills, negotiation and relationship building skills with strong commercial awareness.
    • An excellent command of the English language.

    Trainer (Power Tools)

     

    Responsibilities:

    Overview:
    The objective of the Trainer is to enhance profound tool and application competence for customers and local Power Tool sales staff and thus increase sales in the Regional Sales Organization (RSO). Responsible for coordination of all training related activities in the RSO with several trainers in different Countries.
     
    Responsibilities and Duties: 
    • Product and sales training for internal staff and of partners in assigned region 
    • Development of a team of local sales trainers in A-countries (train the trainer approach) in order to take over local dealer and user trainings 
    • Training coordination and qualification for external services (promoters, merchandisers and demonstrators) 
    • Occasional user trainings for big end users
    • Elaboration of a region training concept for West Africa 
    • Coordination and concept of training documentation in local languages 
    • Long term elaboration of a training concept for vocational schools with the countries 
    • Initiation of product launch related activities together with Regional Brand Managers 
    • Participation in central training in Germany 
    • Organization, implementation and coordination of seminars / workshops and events for PT customers (dealer/users) within the RSO. 

    Qualification and Experience:

    Competencies and Qualifications:
    • Master degree (or similar) in technical and/or economical science  
    • Knowledge in didactics and rhetoric issues 
    • Able to plan and organize independently  
    • Fluent in English, French is a plus
    • 3 to 5 years experience 
    • High competence and flexibility in communication skills 
    • Leadership ability within the area of responsibility 
    • Knowledge of field-sales processes and commercial use of social media
