*Develop and maintain asset registers
* Scope and gather requirements for the design, construction and installation of display area billboard structure.
*Support Asset Development dept. with functional changes and site acquisitions
*Monitor & supervise project executions in all strategic business units (SBU) to ensure operational excellence & synergy of operations within all SBU.
*Increase the companies growth by delivering new projects and securing new partners.
*Review engineering designs, drawings, blueprints, and other related engineering documents to identify potential problems ahead of time and proactively implement solutions.
*Undertake project monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
*Review, recommend and approve all construction change requests, on-site change orders and pay requests.
*Design and support management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
*Support project managers/consultants in financial matters etc.
*Building and leading a multi-disciplined, multi-cultural and cross functional performance oriented project team
*Ensure quality assurance on all OOH projects, plants and sites.
*identify and evaluate risks and opportunities to support achievement of targets.
*Plan and Coordinate of area offices operations.
*Site Inspection and acquisition, approvals and development, stakeholder management.
*Analyse, evaluate and distribute budgets to various projects/operations.
*Business Development and projection of opportunities.
*Mentor staff on operational excellence and encouraged best practice in project management.
*Develop and oversee the implementation of the asset management system, including the establishment of an effective and efficient operations unit
*Manage cost and ensure the units work within assigned operations budget.
*Develop and maintain the strategic annual asset management plans and aligning with the departmental strategy and budget
*Maintain & build relationships with relevant OOH regulatory bodies & third party vendors
*Execute initiatives and innovations of products and services that contributes to the success of the Operations team and consequently to the organizational bottom line.
Desired Skills and Experience
* At least 3 years’ experience at executive level (c-suite) plus minimum of 10 years’ experience at related field work in OOH business
* Involvement and knowledge of site acquisitions, site investigations, erecting structures/foundations laying, reading and interpretation of structural designs and drawings
* PMP, Prince 2, COREN
* Professional membership of relevant regulatory authority
