Job Description
As Sale Agent, you will work mostly on the field to help artisans and professionals register as experts on the platform.  You will help ‘experts’ download FindeXperts.com.ng App on their mobile phone, as well as complete registration on the platform.  More importantly, you will assist ‘experts’ to upgrade their registration to the VRIFIIED category.  .  Your duty will cut across:

• Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on or visit potential customers
• Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses.
• Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommending changes in services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Providing historical records by maintaining records on area and sales.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirement
Anyone with genuine interest in salesmanship, seeking opportunity to grow with a world class company Familiarity with Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Service Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, will be definitely be advantageous  but not compulsory.  However, self-motivation is a fundamental requirement for this position.
