    AFTER SALES MANAGER

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement and monitor the client’s Power Tool Division Service Policies in the region Africa West
    • Discuss plans, to establish & maintain the best After Sales Service for power tools, in each market
    • Responsible for After Sales Service of the region
    • Supervise the After Sales Service workshop and network of our appointed sole importers / agents / partners
    • Conduct regular service audits, develop and implement improvement plans together with partners
    • Availability to travel regularly to assigned countries 

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Graduate in mechanical/electrical or service engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years in electrical services or management experience as national service manager or workshop manager
    • Good planning & organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multi-cultural work force
    • Coaching & training skills, fast decision making
    • Target setting & performance monitoring skill
    • Thorough technical knowledge on power tools & usage
    • Service & commercially oriented
    • Fluent in English, French is desirable, German is a plus

    SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for overall internal sales activities such as enquiry, order, fulfilment, receivables, after sales service management
    • Tracking achievement of sales objectives
    • Turnover and gross margin responsibility for all  client’s Power Tool business for the relevant Africa West countries
    • Responsibility for sales planning and price list
    • Daily Customer service to increase turnover
    • Collaboration with Logistic department to insure availability and time delivery
    • SAP key user

    Qualification and Experience:

    • University degree in business administration with additional Marketing and commercial background
    • First job experience in marketing and/or sales, preferable in the power tools business
    • Strong target orientation, motivation and initiative
    • Proven communication skills
    • Strong level of analytical and strategic skills as well as number comprehension
    • Proven ability to perform under pressure
    • Experience in working in different cultural environments
    • Fluent in English; French desirable, German is a plus

    LOGISTICS MANAGER

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and assure performance of distribution logistic of client’s Power Tools (PT) in responsible region
    • Monitoring, supporting & steering of logistics service providers (LSPs) for warehousing and transportation and logistics customer interfaces
    • Logistics cost responsibility (including business planning)
    • Interface between LSPs, PT and customers
    • Assure implementation of PT’s and customer’s logistics requirements and continuous improvement of logistic processes
    • Import and export processes of responsible region 

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar
    • Profound knowledge of distribution logistics and supply chain management
    • Practical experience in warehousing and/or transportation (ideally at a logistics service provider)

    SALES DIRECTOR

    Responsibilities:

    Job Purpose

    • Formulating and implementing the sales strategy for Client to ensure achievement of commercial goals and Channel development / execution.
    • Deliver the annual sales targets for the organization & measure the sales initiatives of the sales force on an ongoing basis and realign where necessary to assure value add.
    • Formulate and maintain an optimal route to market to ensure that customer requirements are met with regard to supply of products.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Communicates the sales vision, objectives, strategies, tactics, sales plans, profit target, route-to-market, focus and priorities to achieve the annual net sales, distribution, in-store presence, sales budget expense, freshness targets.
    • Develops and implements strategic plans to increase distribution across all channels to maximize the availability of Client products at every point of sale.
    • Build and design an effective sales organization based on company direction for current and future business growth
    • Develop local Distributor sales management capabilities & route to market.
    • Lead in crafting distribution contracts to achieve win-win agreement for both business partners and Client.
    • Lead the Demand Review process that seeks to evaluate periodic performance, evaluate sales assumptions and changes thereto and come up with reliable demand plans.
    • Maintain peer relations to secure the support required for effective performance of the sales force. A close working relationship with the P & O (HR), S & F, Marketing and Supply Chain department is critical.
    • Context and Scope
    • Responsible for developing the sales strategies and plans to achieve Client’s revenue, profitability and sales growth goals and objectives. Align sales directions with company objectives and marketing plans. Lead and manage the overall performance of distributor covered customers to achieve optimum distribution and merchandising of Client Products to improve overall business performance.

     

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Holds a University degree and preferably a qualification in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
