The position is a Junior position allowing new supervisor/engineer to join operations offshore
In a team work framework context: - Guarantee the accomplishment of the completion, interventions and work-over operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all while optimising costs and lead times - Preparation, planning and optimisation, execution and follow up of the completion operations: lower completions (expandable screens and upper completion), necessary intermediate and upper completions. - Ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services - Contribute to the return on Exploration & Production investments, through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures - Involve with completion preparation onshore when required within the well supply team
REQUIREMENTS:
Petroleum Industry Graduate to BSc level (or equivalent professional experience) - minimum 5 years field experience subsea/completion operations

Description
- Is permanently in liaison with the Marketing Director (Japanese Expat) to define the sales strategy.
- Maintains dealer and client relationships:
o Regularly visits dealers and main companies plus follow up on visits
o Develops the client portfolio and turnover
- Organise the sales admin and delivery to customers:
o Defines with the management (MD, Marketing and Finance) the sales policy and terms and conditions
o Implement the sales policy and conditions
o Make sure all receivables are managed properly as per company policy
- Submits sales reports
o Creates a comprehensive monthly sales reporting system
o Escalates complaints in the client tracking programme
o Analyses sales figures and puts forwards sales promotion and development measures
o Monitors competitors and makes suggestions to Senior Management
- Leads and develops the sales teams
Description
Candidate must possess capability to supervise and impact his/her subordinates. Candidate must be familiar and conversant with production/reservoir engineering activities, capturing and management of data generated from such activities, analysis of such data and making recommendations for decisions that will lead to getting the best out of E& P assets assigned to him/her or the team.
