    Factory Manager

     

    Our client a large FMCG company is looking for a seasoned Factory Manager who will drive efficiency to the Production plant based in Nigeria. The role would be responsible for all site operations to maximize effectiveness and supply logistics achieving delivery on-time targets. Prepares the production schedules to ensure optimized production cost and reduced downtimes. Set daily production mix levels and agree shift.

    Skills and Qualification:

    • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineer
    • Atleast 8 years of Engineering experience in an FMCG production industry.
    • Sound appreciation of bottling line operation.
    • Basic understanding of bottling line machine/tool technology.

    Engineering Services Manager

     

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a high caliber Engineering Services Manager to join with our client, a large FMCG company based Nigeria. The role would be managing large team and provides guidance in resolving day-to-day maintenance issues with the Site Managers.

    Coordinates and define sheet route for the Engineering Department and monitor all technical purchases. Liaise on all technical matters with Line Managers and Site Engineering team and a variety of outside contractors and vendors. Prepares preliminary design and cost data for Maintenance plant or specific overhaul projects. Helps with the justification of Capital and other projects. Control the Maintenance Budget, service contractors and schedule.

    Skills and Qualification

    • Engineering Graduate with atleast 8 years of experience in an FMCG production industry.
    • MBA is an added advantage.
    • Expertise in managing large teams.

    National Sales and Distribution Manager

     

    We need a leader to head a large sales and distribution network for one of our clients who has large operations in Africa. Both areas of operational excellence and strategic brillance are necessary for this role as you would sit on the leadership team and would be accountable for the major chunk of the business volumes.
    Areas that you need to have an enviable track record are direct distribution,effective management of a large van sales operation, managing trade contracts with some of the larger players, sales forecasting and planning . Since the business is on an aggressive growth  mode you need to come armed with the relevant experience to hit the ground running.

    You would be required to devise and implement strategies to enhance sales and distribution, aggressively build the capabilities within the present team, create win win solutions with the bigger dealers in the wholesale trade.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Qualification: Bachelors Degree, Business Administration
    • Experience: 12 To 15 years in a quality FMCG with experience in direct distribution and traditional trade
    • Positions open to candidates based in India / Pakistan .

    Skills:

    • Financial Acumen and Numerical ability should be very strong.
    • Excellent Sales Skills with a Demonstrated track record of Sales achievements.
    • Good customer relationships.
    • Aggressively competitive and achievement oriented.
    • A demonstrated commitment towards building relations and managing strong subordinates.
    • Leadership skills : An ability to motivate, mentor and monitor the sales team.
