Calculate cost prices and IC prices and analyze deviations with actual cost prices. Prepare Internal Management Reporting reports (for the Production part of the company). Prepare and consolidate yearly production budgets. Review Production profit and loss account: actual against budgeted performance and prepare reports explaining deviations. Responsible for safeguarding integrity of registrations, monitoring and follow up on irregularities. Consistent supervision of stock, following up on the flow of input to production to stock. Execute ad hoc investigations on request of Management Controller.

Develop the Marketing and Sales strategies, sales plans and profit targets for the company. Manage all Departmental Heads/Line Managers with an oversite role on activities tasks and reports. Initiate, design and implement programmes to effectively deliver the group’s agenda of promoting an enabling environment for the production and marketing of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Nigeria.
