    We are recruiting to fill the position of:

    Senior Sales Negotiator & Client Services

     

    Key Functions & Responsibilities

    • Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Develop and implement a marketing strategy on sales delivery on Fine and Country Golden Mandates
    • Introduce new mandates within our target areas.
    • Source and develop business relationships with cooperatives, Developers, etc with expected sales targets.
    • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
    • Drive team to achieving high performance.
    • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
    • Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
    • Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating Fine and Country needs and goals.
    • Protects Fine and Country's value by keeping information confidential
    • Manage existing clients(Vendors and Buyers)
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    • Ensure monthly submission of vendor reports monthly.
    • Ensure status reports every month to buyers is submitted promptly.
    • Coordinate documentation processes.
    • Advise & contribute on all marketing materials on Abuja projects.
    • Knowledge of the Real Estate Market.
    • Ensure workflow process within team is adhered to.
    • Responsible for training other FC surveyors or valuers
    • Any other duty as assigned by supervisor

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5-6 years experience, 4 of which must have been spent as a Sales Negotiator & Client Service in a Real Estate Industry.

    Leasing Consultant (Commercial and Retail)

     

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Generate and qualify leads
    • Source and develop client referrals
    • Prepare action plans and strategies to acquire retail & commercial development
    • Acquisition of retail and commercial properties for retained clients in key target towns/regions throughout the Nigeria
    • Disposal(leasing/sales) of retail and commercial properties for existing client base throughout the Nigeria
    • Assist in the generation of new retail and commercial instructions and expand client base through existing contacts and networking
    • Generate new retail and commercial agency instructions through existing client base and via liaising with other industry partners
    • Maintain and develop a computerised client and property database
    • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development
    • Develop and maintain promotional materials
    • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
    • Maintain retail/commercial sales/lease activity records and prepare reports
    • Respond to inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
    • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
    • Follow up on all retail/commercial lease/sales activity
    • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
    • Carry out market research and surveys
    • Participate in sales events
    • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
    • Visit potential customers for new business
    • Provide customers with quotations
    • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close lease/sales transactions
    • Represent your organisation at trade events and demonstrations
    • Identify new markets and business opportunities
    • Review your unit performance periodically and recommend changes where necessary

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 4-5 years experience in two of which must have been on Commercial & Retail Sales in the Real Estate Industry.

    Research Analyst

     

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    Sales & Leasing Consultants (Residential)

     

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Introduce new projects within our target areas
    • Introduce strategic alliances between Fine and Country and other companies
    • Liaise with existing clients(Vendors and Buyers)
    • Attend to enquiries from clients interested in buying or renting property as well as clients who would like to rent or sell their properties.
    • View properties owned by clients for sale or lease. Visit potential customers for new business
    • Schedule meetings with clients
    • Follow up with clients who want to buy or lease properties via email.
    • Forward proposals to clients on various projects.
    • Sign Exclusive mandates with vendors
    • Ensure all transaction memos are filed accurately
    • Advise & contribute on all marketing materials on projects.
    • Market analysis on properties in Ikoyi, VI, Lekki and any other location assigned.
    • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to sell/lease properties in FC mandates.
    • Develop in depth knowledge about the available properties on the market.
    • Closing sales and leases on properties
    • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
    • Sending out Offer Letters to clients (email and hard copy) in liaison with LBD.
    • Review your own sales performance
    • All other tasks as assigned by the Line.
