    Sales Manager (Automobile)

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profitsds
    • Maintain standards for displaying and merchandising new and old vehicles as well as reviewing and initializing all promotions before they are finalized
    • Coordinating appropriate supply of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordinlgy
    • Atending to customer complaints. ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
    • Auditing all appraisals of trade-in vehicles
    • Issuing all demonstration vehicles and ensuring that appropriate dealership records are maintained

    Qualification and Experience:

    • MBA – Marketing / Business Development .
    • 10 years experience in Automobile Sales,  h
    • Handling Sales Team independently.

    Sales Executive (Automobile)

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
    • Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
    • Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
    • Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
    • Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
    • Provide sales management information by completing reports.
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
    • Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Degree in Marketing or related discipline
    • Knowledge and Experience in Auto sales  with minimum 3 years experience.

    Body and Paint Shop Manager

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Ability to assess cost of accidental repairs correctly.
    • Control and Ability to provide quality repair jobs
    • Ability to use modern repair equipment like Car-O-Liner, various welding machines, Dent puller equipment, Spry Booth Paint match and mixing etc

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile/Mechanical
    • 15-20 years of experiene in handling workshop floor independently

    Workshop/Service Engineer
