    Linux/UNIX Systems Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Install, maintain and support a highly available Linux servers in a fast-paced enterprise environment
    • Consult with other technology teams
    • Configure and maintain server security

    Required Skills and Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years of Linux/Unix Administration experience
    • Experience with virtualization
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency with shell commands and shell scripting
    • Ability to work closely with peers, team members and others in a collaborative manner
    • Proven work history supporting 24/7 mission-critical Linux/Unix systems
    • Experience with centralized backup environments
    • Experience with web server technologies
    • Rudimentary knowledge of software engineering
