CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Reports to: Senior Customer Service Supervisor
PURPOSE To effect documentation and customer service aspects of the Commercial department.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation)
Generates TDO for delivery of direct delivery containers from the Terminal.
Ensures that Line and Custom releases and payment of APMT charges are checked and confirmed before generation of TDO.
Ensures TDO is issued to Consignee’s authorised Agent to avoid claims.
Ensures accurate data entry into Express.
Ensures error-free TDO.
Informs the Senior Supervisor immediately about issues that might adversely affects his job or the Company.
Performs any other related activities assigned by the Senior Customer Service Supervisor.

The position reports directly to the Senior Customer Service Supervisor
The position scope is domestic
WORK/BUSINESS CONTACTS AND AUTHORITY (IPE Factor: Communication)
Internal: All employees
External: Customers, Agents.
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (IPE Factor: Knowledge)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited university.
