    Church Office Administrator

    Job Description

    • Ensure that the venue and equipment are all set-up and tested for Church meetings
    • Ensure that messages are recorded, edited and uploaded
    • Supervise the collation of first timers information and sharing with the relevant units
    • Liaise with Unit Heads in ensuring that the needs of the units are met
    • Liaise with Pastor in overseeing the execution of Church projects
    • Ensuring maintenance and repair of Church properties
    • Managing Church social media accounts, ensuring posts are engaging
    • Supervise/Perform Church Logistics functions (BBC, BotROCK, TCC Connect, etc)
    • Any other duty as required by Church leadership

    Job Requirement
    The minimum requirement for this role is as follows:

    • Spirit-filled believer with a heart for service
    • Medium computer operation level skill especially in Word processing, Spreadsheet Management, Social media and Graphics design
    • Medium Administrative skills especially in planning and work scheduling
    • Good interpersonal and relationship skills
    • High sense for creativity
    • Quick learner
