    Job Details:         The scheme was established by the Institute with the intention of developing young graduates to take up managerial positions in the future.
     
    To Qualify Applicants Must:
     
    Possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with at least Second Class (Hons) in Social/Management Sciences and other related disciplines.
    Must have Credits in at least five subjects, including English and Mathematics in SSCE/GCE at one sitting or 2 sittings.
    Not more than 28 years old by 1st January 2012. Have concluded the NYSC programme
    Must be analytical with superb numerical, excellent communications and interpersonal skills

    Manager, Procurement
     
    Department:      PROCUREMENT
    Job Details:         Reporting to the Registrar/CEO, your main responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of the Institute’s procurement operations in order to obtain the best possible business results. In this capacity, you will apply procurement best practices to sourcing and supply activities; establish and improve partnerships with key suppliers and ensure all procurement transactions comply with the institute’s rules and regulations.
     
    Requirement
    A first degree in Arts, Social Science or relevant field; possession of an MBA will be an advantage
    A minimum of 5 years in procurement or contract management in a reputable organization with full responsibility for all procurement activities.
    Excellent budgeting and negotiation skills, coupled with familiarity in the development of Request for Proposals (RFPs)
    Membership of the chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN)

    Principal Manager, Consultancy and Research

     
    Department:      CONSULTANCY AND RESEARCH
    Job Details:        
    Reporting to the Registrar/CEO of the Institute, your main responsibility will be to provide strategic direction and leadership to the Consultancy and Research Business Unit. In this capacity, you will enhance the Institutes ability to carry out quality training, research and consultancy aimed at improving business performance of end users.
     
    Requirement:
    A research oriented Masters degree in any relevant Social Science discipline; possession of a Ph.D will be an added advantage
    A minimum of 7 years’ proven research and consultancy experience from a reputable organization, with a minimum of 3 years managing a successful research team
    Excellent skills in project management, interpersonal relations, communication (both written and verbal) and IT literacy are critical to success in the role
    Membership of a Professional Institute

    Assistant Manager, Consultancy & Research
     
    Department:      CONSULTANCY AND RESEARCH
    Job Details:         Reporting to the Principal Manager, CRD your main responsibility will be to generate and interpret HR Consultancy Projects, gather, analyze and prepare position papers for the Institute. You will source for and manage projects for the Institute.
     
    Requirement
    A first degree in Arts, Social Science or relevant field; possession of an MBA will be an advantage
    A minimum of 5 years in a reputable multicultural consultancy and research organization with full responsibility for consultancy & research activities.
    Excellent skills in project management, interpersonal relations, communication (both written and verbal) and IT literacy are critical to success in the role.
    Membership of a professional Institute will be an added advantage.

    Manager, ICT
     
    Department:      ICT
    Job Details:         Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs your main responsibility will be to oversee the administration and maintenance of the Institute’s ICT infrastructure, you must be able to develop ICT governance framework for the Institute and have experience in managing web portals and payment engine.
     
    Requirement:
    A first degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
    A minimum of 5 years in a reputable multicultural organization with full responsibility for ICT activities.
    Excellent skills in project management, interpersonal relations, communication (both written and verbal), able to interface with internal and external stakeholders and you must possess excellent organizational skills.
    Membership of a professional Institute will be an added advantage.
