    Payroll Specialist

    We are looking for a Payroll Specialist for our Nigeria operation.

    • The position will be responsible for all payroll processes, including managing the salary and benefits as well as social security and tax payments,
    • Ensuring compliance with all local tax, social security and other statutory requirements,
    • Managing communication and coordination with local public institution,
    • Responsible for headcount and salary reporting and providing personnel data for budgeting and management process.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Excellent knowledge of local social security and employment law and requirement in Nigeria,
    • Advanced working level excel skills,
    • Working knowledge &experience with Nigerian payroll system,
    • Strong analytical knowledge,
    • Experience with SAP HR module.

    Recruitment and Training Chief

    We are looking for a Recruitment and Training Chief for our Nigeria operation.

    • Responsible for the staffing and training function for the head office, warehouse and sales organizations,
    • Managing recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interview and closing open positions,
    • Designing and coordinating orientation program for new empoyees,
    • Managing training programs,
    • Managing third party contracts for provision of recruitment and training.       

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Minimum 5-7 years Human Resources experinces; especially Recruitment & Training department,
    • University degree in a business related subject, master is a plus,
    • Good command of written and speaking English,
    • Experience in a corporate and international firms,
    • Strong communications skills, problem solver,
    • Having skills in using MS Office Programs,
    • Being passionate, ambitious, success-oriented.
