    Customer Service Executive


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Attend to and resolve daily request of all Customer Service operations and activities
    • Assist in managing the cross-functional relationships with interfacing/ support departments to ensure compliance with quality and service delivery standards to internal and external customers.
    • Handle relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for information from the start to the end of the process.
    • Analyze identified customer queries/ complaints trends and appropriately communicate same to relevant operating units/ departments.
    • Carry out regular customer visitation and manage customer relationship.
    • Provide enhanced analytical capabilities to support strategic decision making.
    • Prepare proposals to sell business ideas to potential or current clients/partners and follow-up on sales activities.
    • Proactively identify and report potential revenue streams and new market opportunities.
    • Participate in sales promotions or sponsorships to boost brand awareness.
    • Manage sales processes and ensure vehicles are delivered to clients promptly and in order.
    • Carry out status review on completed and ongoing sales transactions.
    • Develop and reports sales strategies and identify emerging market opportunities.
    • Deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information to all concerned.
    • Work with Head, Customer service/Sales departments in delivering business
    Proposals/presentations to potential clients.
    • Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Head, Customer Services and other relevant parties.
    • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Head, Customer Services.

    Job Requirements:

    •  Good understanding of CRM methodologies and practices
    • Understanding of CRM related technologies
    • Oral & Written Communication skills
    • Relationship Management
    • Sound ethics and integrity.
    • Must be ethical i.e. must follow the ideals and responsibilities of the industry as set out in the code of ethics guiding operations and operators in the industry.
    • Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft office tools
    • Bachelors degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences
    • Two (2) years relevant experience in a relationship management role, preferably in an automobile Company.
