As General Manager you will have overall responsibility for 80 people and the operation of Arla Foods in Nigeria. Your focus will be to deliver on ambitious strategic marketing and sales targets. This includes ensuring compliance with the overall business strategy. One of your prime objectives will be to make sure that the business targets are met, and for this you lead, coach and develop the management team to achieve maximum performance.
Moreover, you will facilitate a smooth cooperation with our local partner, develop and establish relationships with other key stakeholders – at local and regional levels – to ensure that Arla’s business is protected and further developed. Energy, FMCG experience and interest for delivering results
Your CV shows a relevant high-level education and specialisation within business administration, commerce or an equivalent area. Your theoretical background has been complemented with solid training within the FMCG industry covering at least 7 years of management and sales experience.

Your managerial style is enthusiastic and motivating, and you know what it takes to make things happen – and you are willing to take decisive action.
