    Job description

    • Processing of third party invoices efficiently and on time
    • Developing process expertise.
    • Identifying and reporting of critical issues to the AP Department Head, Assistant Treasurer, Finance Manager
    • Processing transactions into the financial systems

    Reservoir Engineer

    Job description

    • Developing short, medium and long term production forecast.
    • Able to effectively evaluate production and pressure data of existing wells with emphasis on deliverable prediction for economic modeling.
    • Excellent knowledge of field development planning and field reviews.
    • Work to successfully move projects from Appraisal stage through development and to production.
    • Evaluation and maturation of drill ready prospects (companys’ Opportunity maturation STEPS 1-4) including peer assists/reviews at critical stages working with relevant interfaces.
    • Work with well engineers, production engineers, asset development teams, operators and other technical personnel to maximize economic production.
    • Provide reservoir engineering data to the New Business Team working on regional play based evaluations.
    • Ensure integration of subsurface and surface parameters in dynamic reservoir analysis and to coach less-experienced Reservoir Engineers.
    • Plans & delivers projects in line with business priorities and plan, within allocated budget and in accordance with accountabilities defined in the opportunity maturation process.
    • Make presentation to senior management and JV partners as may be required.
    • Ensures life cycle value is maintained by managing effective interfaces with producing assets and development teams.
    • Aid the Reservoir Engineering Lead and Technical Director in engagements with internal and external stakeholders (DPR, Partners and Contractors).
    • Assist with internal and SEC reserves reporting on annual basis.
    • Assist in assessing risk and uncertainties in capital projects. Assist in evaluating acquisition opportunities
    • Pro-actively contribute to SHES performance and managing non-technical risks within the company.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline
    • Minimum of 8 years Reservoir Engineering experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge of reservoir engineering concepts and processes; including volumetric determination; rock and fluid properties; performance monitoring/improvement; reserves estimation and asset/field development planning.
    • Data interpretation, storage and management skills
    • Can work independently without supervision
    • Working knowledge of Material Balance, OFM, Well testing, PVT and Numerical simulation Software expertise

    Business Development Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for Business development and marketing of the companies interests in the oil and gas service sector.
    • He will also be involved in gathering of information on customers, generating leads for possible sales and Communicating and coordinating with company MD, NC & BD Manager on New contract development matters and market officer on information gathering

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following: 

    • Building formal writing proposal and business model design for the business. 
    • Write, analyze and evaluate reports on projects or activities of the IOC/NOC & or the Industry 
    • Issue a monthly Sales and Marketing report of the Industry to our clients, with specific documents when need be for each of them
    • Build key relationships with personnel in all the major stakeholders in the Oil & Gas sector (IOC s, DPR etc) 
    • Follow up on a daily basis required project or tendering information 
    • Obtaining and updating Organization charts and any other documents that the company require or provide to its clients and Identifying key decision makers 
    • Writing feasibility reports on the key projects, market analysis and client 
    • Provide documents to support business plan and be able to produce a capture plan after a project is prequalified and follow up on prequalified adverts 
    • Obtaining and updating and reporting competitors strengths and weaknesses 
    • Track, investigate and register activity of our Client s Competition and able to understand prequalification requirements 
    • Identify areas of opportunity through company Client strengths and Competitors weaknesses and generate internal monthly activity report 
    • Protect company intellectual property & maintain confidentiality. 
    • To represent the Company or Company client during meetings with IOCs or Authorities; during exhibition/conferences/seminars... 
    • Clear understanding of organizational protocol for all companies and Governmental and Non Governmental Bodies having direct and indirect influence on the implementation of the company Client strategy. Identifying key decision makers. 
    • Participate as a member of the Group Senior Management Team 
    • Represent the Company at conferences and exhibitions 
    • To manage the relationship between the company (and by extension company client s interests) and all actors of the market present in country. To get the full knowledge of the local market and business environment. 
    • To coordinate on a daily basis the activities of the Oil and Gas Industry, especially with NAPIMS,DPR,NIPEX,NNPC or any new Governmental body to be created.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Must have good Sales and Marketing/ business development background and a real business planner. 
    • Should have minimum of 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas sector 
    • Understanding the IOC/NOC and our client, their business, their strategy and their needs 
    • Clear understanding of the organization protocol for the oil and gas companies especially IOC s 
    • Good computer skills, especially with Visio, power point, excel etc.

    JV Accountant

    Job description

    • Manage and maintain the business controls framework for line based on Corporate Controls Framework, and ensure controls are in place to address associated risks and uncertainties.
    • Provide budgeting, commitment and budget change control on the Company's production assets.
    • Coordinate the assurance processes for the Company Assets/ Joint Ventures.
    • Facilitate investment proposal process management for Company Assets.
    • Provide cost structure reporting, analysis and management information.
    • Provide day to day business advice (financial, controls) to ensure the integrity of spending in this area and that the investments are focused in line with the plan.
    • Assist the Asset Manager with the Business Plans and performance monitoring.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./M.Sc. Accounting or related discipline
    • A Chartered Accountant with minimum of 8 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
    • Minimum 4 years experience providing support on a producing asset in an oil company.
    • Minimum 3 years experience providing support on the development of a field from feed to construction.
    • Robust CAPEX & OPEX budget management.
    • Ability to adapt to fast pace working environment
