Reporting to the Audit Manager and Lead Auditor, the successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of banking operations. He or she will have at least 3 years of experience in banking operations or financial services audit function and will be capable of ensuring that the internal audit function of the Bank provides quality services that comply with internal and international auditing standards and management expectations.
Reporting to the Head, Internal Audit, the incumbent will have over 10 years senior level experience with a minimum of 8 years in a related role. He or she will have deep business, functional and people management experience with proven abilities in taking responsibility for executing concurrently on a portfolio of high quality deliverables to stakeholders according to strict timetables.
Reporting to the Audit Manager for the Wealth business, the incumbent will have at least 6 years experience in audit and a good understanding of the wealth management business. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that the internal audit function of the Bank provides quality services which comply with internal and international auditing standards and management expectations and will effectively and efficiently carry out planned assignments approved by the Head of Internal Audit.
Our client is seeking to recruit a vibrant and self motivated Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering an integrated customer marketing approach including a products & services deployment plan with assigned customers as well as lead planning and execution through account teams. The successful applicants will have a proven track record of success working in a similar or related role within the FMCG industry.
The ideal candidate must be able to monitor and oversee all the activities of the sales function and ensure that all set sales target and deliverables are met in line with specified timelines. He or she must also be able to manage performance, contracting, coaching, and training and ensure zonal managers are managing their branches effectively.
The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an existing network of brokers and clients who writes the company’s business, build an internal capacity to deliver the targets through the recruitment, up skilling and mentoring of staff. The head of sales and distribution would also be responsible for developing sales strategy that will deliver the organisation’s set business targets.
