In an Assistant Store Manager role within the company culture you will take ownership of the store as you would your own business to sell fashion retail products. In this role you will be responsible for engaging with customers on a daily basis.

As part of your role you will be required to open and close the store, be liable for staff, maintaining the flow of merchandise, stock shrinkage, maintaining visual merchandise standards and Point of Sale management.
