One of our clients, a leading multinational FMCG in Lagos is looking to hire a storekeeper/Warehouse Manager for one of their depots. The purpose of the job is to provide effective and efficient support functions in the receipt, coordination, documentation, storage, warehousing and deliveries of the company's products.
The successful candidate would be reporting to Head of Finance & Accounts and would directly and indirectly be supervising depot drivers and loaders.
Job responsibilities: Physical check of Inward and Outward stocks, Making regular entries of stocks inward and outward, Daily stocks audit and confirmation entries, Prepare and update stock balance sheet, Regular stock movement supervision, Issue stocks to depot head as per stocks-request-note record, Maintain minimum stock level as per policy, Tracks damages and discrepancies on inward and outward stocks.
Specific skills and relevant working experience required includes ability to multitask, have good calculation skills and store/warehouse management related experience.
Minimum of OND and 2 years of good experience as storekeeping manager. Candidate should not be more than 30 years of age, must be male and should possess good communication and team/Interpersonal skills.
