    Catena Agency Limited is recruiting to fill the position below:

    Administrative Assistant

     

    Roles/ Responsibilities

    • Compose correspondence/reports for management use/approval.
    • Process replies to incoming correspondences.
    • Maintain calendar of appointments for MD and Office Manager.
    • Arrange for meeting, prepare Agenda and act as secretary for meetings.
    • Make arrangements for all travel needs of staff.
    • Complete expense reports after trip for MD and office manager.
    • Maintain calendar for all company appointments.
    • Liaising with officials of the community and Local Government Council.
    • Coordinate and maintain records for staff and space, phones and office keys.
    • Maintain company filing system and ensure proper filing and documentation.
    • Submit and follow up all invoices issued by the company.
    • Handling staff performance appraisal, leave and confirmation.
    • Providing general administrative and clerical support to other departments.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration or any other related discipline.
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
