    Our client, is an IT graphic technology company who is seeking to hire a creative App Developer. The App Developer will be working with a team of IT specialist creating interactive experiences on web and mobile devices.

    Job Description

    The App Developer (AD) will be responsible for creating, maintaining and implementing the source code that makes up the application or program. The AD will also be responsible for designing prototype applications, indicate program unit structure, and coordinate application plans with the development team or client.

    Responsibilties

    • Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with clients;
    • Clarifying what actions the program is intended to perform;
    • Breaking down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language;
    • Devising possible solutions to anticipated problems;
    • Working as part of a team, which may be established purely for a particular project, to write a specific section of the program;
    • Combining all elements of the program design and testing it;
    • Testing sample data-sets to check that output from the program works as intended;
    • Conducting testing and installing the program into production;
    • Reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary;
    • Evaluating and increasing the program's effectiveness;
    • Adapting the program to new requirements, as necessary;
    • Conducting user acceptance testing to ensure the program can be used easily, quickly and accurately;
    • Writing detailed documentation for the operation of the program by users and computer operators;
    • Consulting manuals, periodicals and technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge;
    • Updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing software and generic applications.

     Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience developing web and mobile applications
    • Experience in using languages such as Java, C++ or ORACLE for software development
    • Awareness of new trends in interactive design, development, and digital platforms.

    • BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or an related fields

    Senior Manager, Finance and Administration

    We are currently looking to hire an experience professional for the post of Senior Manager, Finance and Administration for a top client of ours in the Aviation industry. 

    The Finance and Administration Manager will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Director Finance & Human Resources. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting, administration.

    The Finance and Administration Manager will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations.     Job Description

    Financial Management

    • Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements.
    • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors.
    • Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Director Finance & HR; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
    • Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
    • Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.

    Administration

    • Work closely and transparently with all external partners including third-party vendors and consultants.

    • Responsible for all matters related to the operations and administration of the organisation.
    • Ensure registration requirements are kept current at all times and files statutory returns and renewals.
    • Manage all company infrastructure and oversee its procurement process

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of a B.Sc Finance/Accounting or related degree
    • Ideally with an MBA and/or recognized professional certification (such as ICAN, ACCA, CFA).
    • Knowledge of local accounting practices and procedures
    • Excellent knowledge of IFRS policies as it relates to every organization.
    • At least 7-10 years of overall professional experience in a reputable organization
    • The ideal candidate has experience of final responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting and audit coordination.
    • Technology savvy with experience in the use of accounting and reporting software
    • A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision making
