    SUPPORT SERVICES

    38. ADMIN & FINANCE SUPERVISORS - DS/AFS 201138

    Core Duties:
    Supervise and coordinate all financial and administrative functions and provide technical and managerial support.
    Establish and implement financial procedures in line with organisational requirements
    Establish and implement administration and logistics procedures in line with organisational requirement

    ENTRY REQUIREMENT
    University degree/ HND in Accounting or Banking & Finance
    Knowledge of accounting software
    Minimum of 6 years in finance, admin and book keeping

    39. ADMIN OFFICERS - DS/AO 201139

    Core Duties:
    Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services
    Office management, maintenance of personnel and fiscal records. Manages grant proposals and submissions. Prepares financial reports, reviews purchases, vouchers and other financial documents.
    Responsible for the procurement of supplies; maintenance of inventory records; including supervision of staff performing these functions.

    Post NYSC experience

    Core Duties:
    Prepare and manage mails, correspondences, report and documents.
    Schedule and manage meetings
    Prepare, update and follow up on itinerary, arrange and confirm appointments, maintain schedules and calendar
    Attend management meetings, type and distribute minutes of meeting
    Setup and maintain filling system

    ENTRY REQUIREMENT
    University degree/ HND
    Minimum of five years’ experience
