?    Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate wm have overall responsibility for development of strategy, execution of programs and partnership development
?    He/she will also be responsible for leading the management team, engaging !he board, running the organization and facilitatina key decision makina activities

Required skills & experience
Experience

• ?    Experience of leading the turn around of a company
• ?    Over 10+ years of field expenence in general Insurance, health insurance, actuarial analysis/accounting, health and other relevant fields.
• ?    Track record of building and developing tearns - with well developed managerial skills
• ?    Project management experience delivering mum~e ongoing streams of work (10+ years)
• ?    Demonstrated coovnitment to im~oving heaH outcomes
• ?    Experience in working in the Nigeria health landscape including engaging regUlators, policy makers, private sector and partners

Skills

• ?    Effective and persuasive communicator, strong interpersonal skills
• ?    Understanding of Nigerian private sector/pubflc sector environments
• ?    Ability to create broad vision for health related programming and execute on VIsion
• ?    Dynamic and entrepreneurial

Education

• ?    MD, advanced health management related masters degree, finance/actuarial related degree or MBA
