    Job Description

        Collaborate with Finance to track attainment of quotas
        Prepare, distribute and collect Plan Acknowledgement Forms
        Track monthly results, prepare reports and submit to Group President and Director
        Ensure the guidelines of the sales compensation plan are consistently applied.
        Schedule sales forecast meetings, as appropriate.
        Prepare, monitor and administer department budget
    Job Qualifications

        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is REQUIRED.
        A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
        Previous project manager experience is strongly desired.
        Must possess master level skill with Microsoft Office, especially Excel..
        Experience with crystal reporting and database management required.
        Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.

    Job Description

        Function as the "general manager" for a large strategic growth account, or small set of accounts.
        Responsible for the overall customer relationship, including: strategic planning, revenue growth targets, support delivery, financial management and all operations necessary to profitably retain, grow and service the customer.
        Support resources necessary for the "core team" that manages the relationship and frontline support for the account
        Direct support and administrative resources.
    Job Qualifications

        Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing required.
        Six or more years of total work experience and at least one year of leadership responsibility required.
        Business and customer relationship management background in a technical services industry preferred.
        Broad knowledge of strategic customer relationship management within the technology services field with strong leadership skills.

    Job Description

        Maintain ownership of project's overall technical solution, including detailed architecture and design documents, ensuring development team efforts align with the solution offering. Maintain responsibility for decisions on appropriate implementations.
        Establish client relationships leveraging technical experience and communication skills.
        Lead internal application architecture reviews of complex engagements.
        Develop and maintain the high-level design plan for applications, data, and infrastructure architectures.
        Participate in the initial development of each project, especially when laying the foundation of a solution structure and providing proofs of concept for challenging problems.
    Job Qualifications

        A University degree in computer science or equivalent.
        Minimum 10 years' working experience in the Information Technology industry.
        Ideally possess Microsoft architecture-centric certifications.
        Demonstrated experience and expertise in bringing all relevant technologies into a cohesive, effective IT architecture.
        Detail oriented and methodical in architecture, design, and development.

    Team Administrative Assistant


    Job Description

        Diary management and meeting coordination.
        Assist in the preparation of meetings – meet and greets / room set up.
        Completing expense claims.
        Research into venues for offsites / meetings / restaurants.
        Travel: booking flights, hotels, local transport, arranging visas.
        Prepare and collate Board Meeting materials.
    Job Qualifications

        Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent experience
        At least 2-3 years administrative experience in a fast paced environment, ideally supporting a team.
