    Technical Requirements    
    The successful candidate will produce an annual corporate communications plan, incorporating corporate campaigns and departmental-based campaigns that publication on an ongoing basis. S/he will ensure that the Internal Communications function of organization has a high impact in terms of keeping staff regularly informed, engaged and inspired and ensure that staff have a clear and positive grasp of what the organization stands for and what it is trying to achieve. Ensure that staff can readily make their views known on any topic that affects them and their services Manage all the existing communications functions of organization within one centralised team, and incorporate, where appropriate, the budgets associated with directorate based communications activities Work closely with all line managers and their teams around the organization, to ensure that their services’ own work on communications complements, and dovetails with, the role of the central team and does not duplicate or conflict with it or lead to unnecessary expenditure

    Educational Qualifications    
    Candidate must have a first degree in Social Sciences and a master's degree in English, Mass Communications, or Industrial Relations. Professional qualification, with strong evidence of good practice years, preferably in a media outfit, is required. Professional membership of relevant local and/or international associations e.g. NIPR, NIM. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to the job objectives Must be proficient with the computer , with special emphasis on project management and power point presentation skills Must also have strong communication or media background

    Educational Qualifications    
    Candidate must have a first degree and a master's degree in any of the Humanities or Social Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Economics from a recognized university. He/she must have relevant local or international professional qualifications e.g. NISER, NES. Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience to the job objectives with not less than 5 years in a senior management position. Must be proficient in the use of computers, with special emphasis on statistical data analysis tools such as SPSS, project management and power point presentation skills Must have specialized experience in research with proven ability to administer, design and effectively maintain a research programme at an advanced level.

S/he will develop short-term operational plans in line with those policies and strategies, for effective financial management and optimizing financing cost; S/he will develop/ ensure policies comply with applicable accounting and financial reporting framework; S/he will develop and control the company's annual budget to ensure that all financial targets are met. S/he will coordinate with other departments for compliance and implementation of financial management policies, budgets, etc. with emphasis on controlling costs

Advice the Company Secretary on funding requirements of the organization for matters related to issuance of fresh equity shares, preference shares or debentures for the company.

    Educational Qualifications    
    The candidate must have a first degree and a master's degree in any of the Social Sciences/or equivalent. S/he must have a professional qualification in accounting such as ACA, ACCA, ANAN, CIBN. In addition, candidate must have minimum of 15 years relevant experience to the job objectives, of which at least 10 must be in rendering related services in a large utility company, FMCG, bank or oil & gas company and not less than 5 years in a senior management position Must be proficient with the computer , with special emphasis on project management – Microsoft Excel and Power Point presentation skills Knowledge of IFRS and ability to implement an accounting software Must have demonstrated leadership skill and established skill in written and oral communications.
