ERP Business and Technical Analyst(s)
Purpose / Role
This role has two primary functions – to manage the support of the ERP system, assisted by functional and technical analysts and to act as the Lead Financial Business Analyst. The role would suit someone with a background as a Finance Manager or equivalent who has a strong interest in business software and developing a career in this area. The person should ideally have an accounting qualification (ACCA or CPA).
No specific software or IT skills are required, however, experience in using a tier one or two ERP system is required along with a good understanding of ERP best practices. The ability to write SQL queries would be beneficial, to aid in the analysis of issues and the development of reports.

Purpose/Role:
Manage all activities of the Shipyard Store as regards issuance and retrieval of Rigging Tools & Equipment.
Key Aims and Objectives:
Issuance of Rigging Equipment to all sections of the Ship Repair.
Proper Store Management.
Prime Responsibilities and Duties:
To ensure no item is issued from the Store in Bad condition
To ensure all items returned are in good condition.
Updating computer generated inventories and documents
To ensure all issued items are returned to the store at completion of work.
Proper numbering and segregation of Tools and Equipment.
Proper warehouse control and record keeping of all items issued and received.
