Over the years the company has expanded its portfolio from residential development to include hospitality, initially with a 50 bedroom Hotel and Commercial with an 18 Storey Office building in Marina.
Responsible for managing a privately owned property portfolio, across residential and commercial real estate, in an efficient and value enhancing manner that is consistent with the overall strategic plan for the company. Accountable for all business, financial, and management aspects of the business including preparing, implementing and adhering to the approved strategic plan, annual budgeting across individual projects and the company as a whole, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with tenants or occupants, and supervising the day-today activities of the management staff as well as contract services. Will be responsible for directly supervising a variety of staff which may include building, administration, operations, maintenance and finance/accounting and reporting the board of directors.
