    Head of Operations & Information Technology

     

    Job Description

    •     Manage the relationship with the external IT service provider, ensuring an effective and efficient IT system, while ensuring value for money.
    •     Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures, including but not limited to compliance with health and safety
    •     Maintain an asset registry (IT and other facility assets).
    •     Manage ongoing and special projects as assigned.

    Job Qualifications

    •     A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    •     A minimum of 8 years related experience in operations and IT management in a mid- size organization, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
    •     Knowledge of and experience in organizational effectiveness and implementation of best practice in operations and IT management.
    •     Excellent project and contract management skills.
    •     Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects / tasks, recognizing appropriate organizational priorities and ensuring all deliverables are provided on a timely basis.

    Head, Innovation and Project Strategy

     

    Job Description

    •     Engage with group leadership and strategy to establish and agree a product development  and enhancement framework for the organization.
    •     Ensure all innovative initiatives are based on the strategic direction and goals of the organization, taking into consideration the competitive market environment and the business operations
    •     Conduct periodic reviews of products and product performance.
    •     Drive product strategy and performance in collaboration with sales, marketing and the group shared technology  team.

    Job Qualifications

    •     B.Sc. in Computer Science, Communications or Electrical  Engineering, or any related course is required
    •     A Masters level qualification in Management, Strategy or Business
    •     Recognized Project Management Certification e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 and/or Product Management Certification.

    Job Description

    Job Qualifications

    •     8-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, previous HR Leadership experience and experience in an industrial setting are preferred
    •     Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs to talent imperatives
    •     Strong influential skills and demonstrated ability to work with leadership and employees
    •     Able to maintain and build trust along with the demonstrated ability to protect and preserve confidential information.
