Responsibilities
Develop, implement and coordinate programs that are focused on optimizing the organization, driving employee engagement, developing talent, building culture, managing change.
Implement organizational HR initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, including performance management, organizational design, compensation and benefits.
Handle complex employee relations issues and complaints.
Manages all HR activities including staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and training and ensure site compliance
Implements local, corporate and global compensation systems for the site.
Provide leadership and coaching supporting Talent Management, Staffing, benefits, Employee Development and Total Rewards
Implement and continuously improve the effectiveness system to enhance employee performance and development.
Promote positive culture and open communication between management and employees.
Ensure policies and processes are fairly and uniformly applied.
Work to prevent and resolve problems that affect the work environment
Provide leadership on all applicable laws to ensure ongoing compliance.
Lead skill training across the site to enhance the skill levels of the workforce
Assure succession planning process and organizational planning are implemented.
Education/Experience
University degree in Business Administration or related field
2+ years of HR Administration and PR experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers and employees
Ability to handle confidential information and difficult situations with complete confidentiality and discretion
Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource management
Strong time management, prioritization and organizational planning skills
Exceptional problem solving skills including ability to analyze complex information
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to handle a high volume of work including management of multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
