    Subsea Christmas Tree Maintenance Engineer

    KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

    •    Provide technical support to the engineering team on all issues relating to subsea Christmas Tree systems
    •    Perform engineering and technical support to ongoing operations, projects and workshops regarding trouble-shooting, maintenance activities of Christmas tree equipment.
    •    Planning subsea wellheads, casing hangers, tubing hangers and Christmas trees for all assets.
    •    Know how to assemble and dissemble a Christmas tree into its components parts and coupled them according
    •    Compile and share information on subsea Christmas tree and wellhead equipment performance, failures, problems and innovation.
    •    Manage and optimize Wellhead and Christmas Tree equipment inventory
    •    Support in the revamping and re-installation of subsea Christmas tree.
    •    Perform development, updates and review of drawings, models, specifications and material master data.
    •    Monitor and report HSE performance of subsea Wellhead and Christmas tree vendors against agreed compliance.
    •    Accountable for interfacing with the project completion engineer, drilling engineer, production/operations, topsides and SURF to ensure the tree system meets project requirements
    •    Participate in regular status meetings with managers, supervisors and planners
    •    Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with my client and Contracts’ internal and authority requirements.

    CAPABILITY PROFILE – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOURS:

    •    A Bachelor’s degree with a Second Class honors (Upper division) in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
    •    Minimum of 8 years in the oil and gas, with atleast 3 years hands-on experience in subsea Christmas tree maintenance and installation
    •    Working knowledge of subsea tree specific process technologies, procedures and applications.
    •    Must be proficient in use of CAD and Database systems related to Engineering functions
    •    Shows evidence of good organization skills.
    •    Display high level of integrity and inter-personal skills
    •    Ability to read, interpret, prepare applicable technical information and suggest design/process changes to ensure simple, functional cost effective results.
    •    Strong technical communication skills both verbal and written in English.
    •    Good problem solving and critical thinking skills required
    •    Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume environment where accuracy and urgency are both required.
    •    Knowledgeable in use of Maintenance Management System and, relevant codes and standards for Christmas tree design and installation
    •    Good knowledge of tubing hanger running tools, ROV tooling, subsea test tree and BOP spanner joints

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    •    Majority of the work is carried out in the client’s office.
    •    12 hours per day work on a shift where necessary
    •    Short business travels maybe necessary
    •    Offshore/onshore Off-site location during project execution phase as required.
    •    Working hours according to local regulation and Oceon’s policy.
    •    Provision of accommodation and handsome welfare packages

    Subsea Control Engineers

    KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

    •    Responsible for subsea control systems engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation & commissioning covering the subsea system and interfaces between all key components including: production trees, subsea controls, subsea equipment and topsides control system.
    •    Responsible for the Operational and Quality requirements of production control umbilical.
    •    Preparation and checking of umbilical static specification.
    •    Ensures that umbilical supplier documents are in compliance with customer and industry standards.
    •    Attending customer and supplier meetings will be expected and also witnessing umbilical performance testing.
    •    Applies extensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and work processes related to subsea control systems.
    •    Identifies project specific hardware & software requirements.
    •    Works with Controls, Automation and Operational Readiness personnel to define required subsea control system interfaces.
    •    Mentorship, development & guidance of less experienced peers.
    •    Timely completion of all post job and administrative duties including but not limited to service reports, timesheets, job debriefs and tooling tracking.
    •    Safe & compliant performance of all activities in line with the company's and our customer's environmental Safety and Health guidelines and procedures.
    •    Maintaining a strong customer relationship through a positive, proactive & professional approach.

    CAPABILITY PROFILE – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOURS:

    •    A Bachelor’s degree with a Second Class honors (Upper division) in related Engineering discipline.
    •    Good knowledge of Oil and gas industry operations.
    •    Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with recent subsea controls.
    •    Recent subsea intervention experience preferred.
    •    Work requires knowledge of subsea control systems engineering and technology, sound judgment, independent evaluation, and ability to adapt to, and participate in, development of unique solutions to difficult design challenges.
    •    Ability to oversee and monitor activities for compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.
    •    Knowledge of existing standards and ability to develop subsea controls functionality requirements.
    •    Demonstrated capability to proactively implement plans, follow through with sustained execution, and to meet project milestones.
    •    Played a significant role on a major project.
    •    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    •    Ability to understand and implement mechanical drawings.
    •    Familiarity with upstream oil equipment specifications and procedures.
    •    Excellent communication skills and able to work with and influence multi-cultural multi-disciplinary team, which cross-functional management organization.

    Subsea Field Service Engineer

    •    Mentorship, development & guidance of less experienced engineers.
    •    Know how to assemble and dissemble a Christmas tree into its components parts and coupled them according
    •    Use of company tools to retrieve technical documents and management of packing list, bill of materials, drawings, prior job reports etc
    •    Timely completion of all post job and administrative duties including but not limited to service reports, timesheets, job debriefs and tooling tracking.
    •    Support in the revamping and re-installation of subsea Christmas tree.
    •    Monitor and report HSE performance of subsea Wellhead and Christmas tree vendors against agreed compliance.
    •    Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with my client and Contracts’ internal and authority requirements.
