    Audit Associates 
    Reference Code: 53008
    Type of Position: Full-time
    Location: Port-Harcourt

    Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
    Assist with internal and external quality assurance, ensuring any actions are completed in line with the firm's and professional standards
    Strong analytical and presentation skills
    Strong team spirit, ability to pay attention to details
    Strong creative and innovative skills
    Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
    Conscientious, confident, innovative and creative
    Bachelor's degree with a minimum of second class upper division (or equivalent) 
    Must not be more than 26 years old by 31 May 2012


    Position: Audit Manager
    Location: Abuja

    Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
    Minimum of seven years of consistent audit working experience
    Prior experience of leading a team of professionals to provide audit/assurance services to clients,
    Ability to ensure all engagements are completed in line with the firm's and professional standards
    Prior experience with other reputable professional services firm (particularly, the "Big 4" firms in the industry) would be an added advantage
    Excellent leadership ability
    Strong client relationship management skills
    Conscientious, innovative, confident and positive disposition
    Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
    Bachelor's degree with a minimum of second class upper division
    ICAN/ACCA membership is required
    Must not be more than 35 years by 31 May, 2012.


    Position: Audit Senior
    Location: Abuja

    Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
    Minimum of four years of consistent audit experience
    Prior experience of providing audit/assurance services to clients
    Ability to ensure the completion of all engagements in line with the firm's and professional standards
    Prior experience with other reputable professional services firm (particularly, the "Big 4" firms in the industry) would be an added advantage
    Strong client relationship management and leadership skills
    Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
    Conscientious, innovative, confident and positive disposition
    Bachelor's degree with a minimum of second class upper division
    ICAN/ACCA membership is required
    Must not be more than 30 years by 31 May, 2012.



    Position: Office/Unit Administrator
    Location: Abuja

    Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
    At least five years of consistent office management and secretarial experience in a professional environment, preferably multi-nationals with responsibility for:

    Reviewing and editing proposals, reports and other correspondences in order to ensure that they are in line with agreed standard
    Preparing proposals, reports and other correspondences with the aid of various computer applications.
    Organizing and coordinating meetings (internal and external), conferences and travel arrangements
    Taking and preparing minutes of meetings
    Maintaining and retaining financial and insurance records for the appropriate audit periods
    Receiving, directing and relaying telephone, e mail, general correspondence, fax messages and other incoming information to the right people in an efficient and timely manner.
    Producing invoices and vouchers
    Maintaining filing systems and schedules/calendars
    Ensuring that all office equipment, are in working order and that proactive maintenance is carried out regularly
    Ability to review newspapers/journals to provide relevant information, as well conduct searches with the aid of the internet
    Strong team spirit, ability to pay attention to details
    Strong creative and innovative skills
    Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
    Conscientious, confident, innovative and creative
    Bachelor's degree/Higher National Diploma with a minimum of second class honours
    Proficiency in the use of computer packages such as

    Ability to operate office equipment such as fax, photocopier, printers, etc.
    Must not be more than 30 years by 31 May 2012.



    Position: Tax Manager
    Location: Lagos

    Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
    At least seven years of consistent tax experience
    Demonstrable excellent skills in tax consulting process and professional attitude required for effective diagnosis, development and implementation of clients' tax needs
    Demonstrable involvement in the completion of tax engagement in line with the firm's professional standards
    Management of major assurance and tax assignments
    Prior extensive technical experience and reputation in a given
    industry/service line, such as oil and gas, financial services, telecommunications, expatriate taxation, etc.
    Prior experience with other reputable professional services firm (particularly, the "Big 4" firms in the industry) would be an added advantage
    Excellent leadership ability and practice management
    skills
    Strong client relationship management skills
    Conscientious, innovative, confident and positive disposition
    Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
    Bachelor's degree with a minimum of second class upper division
    ICAN/ACCA membership is mandatory
    Lawyers with advanced degree, additional qualifications, membership of CITN and requisite professional tax experience may be considered
     
    Must not be more than 35 years by 31 May, 2012.



    Position: Tax Senior
    Location: Abuja

    Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
    At least four years of consistent professional tax experience
    Demonstrable skills and experience in tax advisory and consulting process, as well as professionalism necessary for the effective diagnosis, solution, development and implementation of clients' tax needs
    Practical experience of ensuring engagements are completed in line with the firm's and professional standards
    Hands on experience in tax services, as well as developing and managing client relationships
    Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
    Conscientious, innovative, positive and confident disposition
    Prior experience with other reputable professional services firm (particularly, the "Big 4" firms in the industry) would be an added advantage
    Bachelor's degree with a minimum of second class upper division
    ICAN/ACCA membership is mandatory
    Lawyers with additional qualifications, such as membership of CITN and requisite professional tax experience may be considered
     
    Must not be more than 30 years by 31 May 2012.
