    Our Client is recruiting for the following positon.

    Job Title: Sales/Admin Supervisor
    Job ID: 135
    Location: Lagos

    Responsibilities
    These employees will report into the store manager of the store, and ensure that the administration and Merchandising standards in store is of a high standard. 
    The admin Supervisor will be responsible for banking, filing, all admin involved in the day to day running of the store. 
    The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the merchandising standards and visual appeal of the store.

    Qualifications
    Computer literacy, good admin/credit knowledge
    Strong leadership, coaching and developing skills
    Passion for fashion and attentive to detail
    Proactive, accurate and numerate
    Excellent customer service and good people skills
    Excellent communication skills
    Security conscious and self-motivated
    Attentive to detail and vigilant towards shrinkage
    Merchandising and fashion flair
    3-4 years' experience.

    Job Title: Store Manager 
    Job ID: 134
    Location: Lagos

    Responsibilities
    This person will report to the Area Manager. The store is a 7002m and hold a turnover of 24 Million annually. We need to assess market related salaries and will therefore recruit on a Medium size store Manager level.

    Qualifications
    Previous store management experience
    Retail business acumen and target driven
    Good planning and organizational skills
    Strong leadership and motivational skills
    Computer literacy and excellent admin skills
    Numerical and analytical skills
    Recruitment experience is Key
    Performance management and IR skills
    Good knowledge of MBP and fashion focused
    Good interviewing, recruitment and training skills
    Good people skills and customer relations
    Security conscious and self-motivated
    At least 5 years' experience
