    Innovation and Development Manager

    Job Description
        Share authority for decisions that translate strategies into execution
        Identify and analyze issues as they emerge, propose options and collaborate to implement solutions
        Manage results for quality, timeline, and budget
        Grow your mastery of the early phases of innovation including opportunity discovery, concept development, business model design, prototyping, and testing
        Grow your proficiency in the later phases of innovation including commercialization, launch, and post-launch product management

    Job Qualifications
        Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
        At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in innovation and new product development
        Broad expertise in the innovation life cycle including discovering and elaborating customer insights
        Experience in delivering service innovation (preferred)
        Comfort in a test and learn environment, with a proven ability to develop and quickly revise business tactics to take advantage of market opportunities
        Advanced management skills (organizational, project, progam)
        Advanced communication skills including storytelling, writing, and presentation  
        Experience in strategic thinking and other innovation practices

    Learning and Development Assessor

    Job Description

        Deliver knowledge and skill based learning relating to the apprenticeship programme, creating a favorable impression and an appropriate learning environment
        Understand different learning styles and adapt your training style to suit
        Provide ongoing support and coaching to apprentices, managers and mentors
        Provide feedback to management regarding the performance of their apprentice during workshops and store visits
        Build rapport with apprentices, focusing on their individual needs and responding accordingly

    Job Qualifications

        Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or equivalent experience

    Labour Relations Specialist

    Job Description
        Interpret labor agreements.
        Manage negotiation preparation as required.
        Manage or assist the negotiation of mid-term collective bargaining agreements effects bargaining with assistance from the Director of Labor Relations.
        Manage grievance procedures. Investigate employee grievances and provides response/resolution recommendations.
        Participate in the Site Labor Relations Council for strategic labor relations planning.

    Job Qualifications
        BS in Human Resources or related field required
        Experience working in a Union environment as spokesperson for negotiations, arbitration hearings, and labor relations meetings is required
        Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management, labor/employee relations is necessary
        Experience investigating and resolving discrimination, harassment or code of conduct related complaints.
