Share authority for decisions that translate strategies into execution
Identify and analyze issues as they emerge, propose options and collaborate to implement solutions
Manage results for quality, timeline, and budget
Grow your mastery of the early phases of innovation including opportunity discovery, concept development, business model design, prototyping, and testing

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in innovation and new product development
Broad expertise in the innovation life cycle including discovering and elaborating customer insights
Experience in delivering service innovation (preferred)
Comfort in a test and learn environment, with a proven ability to develop and quickly revise business tactics to take advantage of market opportunities
Advanced management skills (organizational, project, progam)
Advanced communication skills including storytelling, writing, and presentation
Experience in strategic thinking and other innovation practices

Manage grievance procedures. Investigate employee grievances and provides response/resolution recommendations.
Participate in the Site Labor Relations Council for strategic labor relations planning.
Job Qualifications
BS in Human Resources or related field required
Experience working in a Union environment as spokesperson for negotiations, arbitration hearings, and labor relations meetings is required
Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management, labor/employee relations is necessary
Experience investigating and resolving discrimination, harassment or code of conduct related complaints.
