Logging client information/data onto the database
Scan documents onto the database making sure all client details are updated
Ensure required spreadsheets are updated and submitted for review and approval
Amend information on database
Generate all necessary reports for departments
Enter data and provide additional admin support as and when required
University Degree in any field of study
Highly competent with Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Highly organised and be able to work with minimal supervision
Have eye for details and make error free data entries
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proven experience working in a similar role
