Swiss International D'Palms Airport is recruiting to fill the position of:
Supervising the functions of the Receptionists, Porters and doormen.
Answering of calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations.
Greeting of arriving guests, assigning rooms, issue keys and ascertain guest payment and billing information.
Provision of guests with access to hotel services, forward in-room meals requests and ensure that mails and packages are delivered in a timely manner.
Deal with issues to guests' satisfaction.
Assist guests with ground transportation, restaurant or entertainment reservations and provision of other information about the locality.
Only candidates with 3-5 years of Guest Service Manager working experience should apply for the position.
