    Quality Assurance/IT operations Support

    Summary:
    Responsible for co-coordinating the delivery of services into key enterprise and business customers. The OM plays a vital role in creating long-term healthy service provider - customer relationships, acting as the bridge between the CHAMS internal and external client and the development teams. The key responsibility of the Operations Manager is governance across all areas of services including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.

    He is also responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.

    Additionally responsible for performing tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issues. Initiates tests, analyzes results, and recommend solutions to technical problems.

    General Responsibilities:

    •     Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
    •     Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
    •     Write training manuals.
    •     Train computer users.
    •     Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
    •     Walk customer through problem-solving process.
    •     Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
    •     Design and executive test plans on computer applications.
    •     Record and document results and compare to expected results.
    •     Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
    •     Generate historical analysis of test results.
    •     Document anomalies and issues.
    •     Maintain database of software defects.
    •     Examine code and execution of code in various environments.
    •     Participate in application planning meetings.
    •     Ensure data integrity standards.
    •     Perform reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections.

    Systems Integration

    •     Liaise with external technical teams with the aim of integrating with disparate systems Designing and Implementing Service Oriented Architectures (mainly Web Services) to connect with diverse Server system
    •     Oversee when assigned and also participate in testing to ensure complete integration and resolve issues as they arise

    Desired Skills and Experience

    •     B.Sc Computer Science or any related field
    •     ITIL certification
    •     Oracle and CISCO Certification
    •     Windows Certification
    •     SAP, UNIX Certification
    •     Project Management Certification an added advantage
    •     Masters in Commuication Technology or Information Tecnology
