Responsible for co-coordinating the delivery of services into key enterprise and business customers. The OM plays a vital role in creating long-term healthy service provider - customer relationships, acting as the bridge between the CHAMS internal and external client and the development teams. The key responsibility of the Operations Manager is governance across all areas of services including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
He is also responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
Additionally responsible for performing tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issues. Initiates tests, analyzes results, and recommend solutions to technical problems.
