    NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Formulate and implement sales and marketing policies for the company.
    • Responsible for achieving the national sales target of the company.
    • Supervise and monitor the national sales team.

    REQUIREMENTS 

    • Possess a minimum of a first degree in Pharmacy from a reputable institution.
    • An MBA will be an added advantage
    • Possess a minimum of ten years (10 years) relevant three years (3 years) must beat top management level.
    • Possess an excellent track records of sates achievement.
    • Possess excellent communication and computer skills.
    • A Strong sales and marketing orientation is needed.

    REGIONAL MANAGERS

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure implementation of company's processes and policies.
    • Ensure attainment of company's regional sales target.
    • Supervise and manage the Medical Reps.
    • Manage and maintain the company's distribution channels.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Posses a B.Pharm/Pharm D or B.Sc in Biological or Physical Sciences from a reputable institution.
    • An MBA will be an added advantage.
    • Possess successful track record of sales achievement.
    • Must have a minimum of six years (6 years) relevant experience of which two years (2 years) should be on managerial level
    • Possess a valid driving license.
    • Possess excellent communication and computer skills.

    MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Effectively promote and detail/market the company's range of ethical and OTC products to health care provid
    • Maintain optimal/healthy relationships with the comapny's clients
    • Be responsible for company's territorial sales target

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Posses a B.Pharm/Pharm D Or B.Sc in Biological or Physical Sciences from a reputable institution
    • Must be goal driven, focused and ready to think outside the box to achieve sales objectives
    • Possess a minimum of two years (2 years) relevant sales experience
    • Possess a valid driving license
    • Possess excellent communication and computer
