Job Description
Field inbound calls and enter service tickets into ticketing system
Monitor ticketing system and ensure prompt client response within specified service level agreements
Assist support engineering team with open tickets, with greater intensity and level of difficulty as skills advance
Complete systems documentation, research, and updates
Assist project teams with new systems deployments
Job Qualifications
BSc Computer Engineer or Computer Science
Technical certifications from Microsoft encouraged but not required (ie. MCP, MCSA, MCSE, etc.). Other technical certifications (ie. Cisco, Citrix, Watchguard, SoniceWALL, hardware certifications, etc.) are encouraged as well.
