JOB SUMMARY
This role manages the success of all activities in the Upsell team by creating and improving telesales process, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities on phone calls to upsell a prospect, implementing proper onboarding processes for clients, resolving churn issues, closing as many upsell opportunities as possible, and ensuring telesales best practices are followed by all team members.
