    Tele Marketer

    Job Overview:

    Support Unitech Nig. Ltd business strategy by effectively generating revenues through marketing and business development.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
    • Answer questions about products of the company.
    • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
    • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
    • Enter and update customer information in the database.
    • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
    • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
    • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
    • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
    • To collaborate with management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Meeting set revenue targets.
    • Number of customer reached.
    • Timeliness in conversion of potential customers.

    Skills/Competencies:

    • Business Environment / Industry analysis.
    • Persuasive and persistent skills
    • Interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Business systems and Application.’
    • Organization and coordination skills.

    Requirements:

    • OND, NCE ,HND,BSC in any social discipline.
    •  No experience required as training will be provided.
