Qualification and Requirements

• B.Sc/HND/Diploma in of Accounting /administration /Inventory management.
• 3-5 years working experience in similar environment.
• Professional qualification is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Responsible for the  control over physical movement of stocks of engineering stores and proper record keeping and generating timely report
• Inspect all incoming stocks and reconcile with purchase orders
• Verify all supplies received
• Return cancelled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate
• Answer enquires regarding procedures and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus
• Perform weekly cycle counts, physical inventory and prepare monthly inventory reports
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Skills

Adequate knowledge in Microsoft office, especially in Excel/ERP and SAP.
