Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Staff Manager who will act on behalf of the Group Managing Director to coordinate and supervise the activities of all staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and monitor the activities of all the domestic and international administrative staffs
Create a standard work schedule for all the staff
Interviewing and hiring employees and ensuring they’re properly trained
Offering constant feedback to keep everyone in sync
Conducting periodic performance reviews
Managing staff schedules and assigning individual responsibilities
Ensuring that the workforce is satisfied in their roles
Maintaining the formal and informal traditions within the organization
Recognizing gaps in skills and offering training to improve staff performance
Assist the GMD on different tasks including arranging for his travelling and organizing his daily routine and meeting.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of HND/BSc. Or Master Degrees in any relevant course
Minimum of 7 - 10 years of staff management experience
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal relationship skills
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
Good knowledge of computer applications and social media
