    Smoothie Sales Representative

    Purpose Statement

    • We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Smoothie Sales Representative to become a key part of our team.
    • In this role, you’ll represent our brand by guiding customers toward tasty, health-conscious smoothie choices that align with their wellness goals.
    • You’ll also be responsible for boosting sales, recommending nutritional add-ons, and maintaining a clean, inviting store atmosphere.

    Main Duties and Functions

    • Warmly welcome customers and guide them in choosing products that support their health and fitness goals.
    • Recommend and upsell nutritional supplements and add-ons in a friendly, helpful manner.
    • Create and serve personalized smoothies by following established company recipes.
    • Perform prep work including washing, cutting, and measuring fruits, vegetables, powders, and liquids.
    • Package orders accurately and manage pick-up or delivery orders as needed.
    • Carry out opening and closing procedures and complete daily operational checklists.
    • Respond to customer inquiries related to products, orders, and complaints.
    • Identify and generate sales leads, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer engagements.
    • Accurately record all customer interactions in CRM or internal tracking systems.
    • Work closely with departments such as sales and logistics to resolve complex customer issues.
    • Deliver product information, troubleshoot basic concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
    • Share insights on customer behavior and trends, recommending improvements to enhance processes.
    • Adhere to communication guidelines while consistently representing the brand in a positive manner.
    • Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and adhere strictly to food safety regulations.
    • Use POS systems efficiently while delivering friendly and prompt customer service.

    Qualifications

    • Higher Education Diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus at least 2 years experience.

    Essential Skills:

    • Experience in food service, retail, or sales is an asset.
    • Skilled in multitasking, adaptability, telephone etiquette, customer service, time management, organization, attention to detail, scheduling, and proficient use of technological tools.
    • Demonstrates professionalism and a strong focus on quality.
    • Exceptional communication abilities, with strengths in empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution.
    • Highly developed problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Enthusiastic and customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness, particularly nutrition.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
    • Physically able to stand for extended periods.

      The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the LYNN Naturals Studio — from client relations and team coordination to brand representation and customer experience.
    • This role requires both emotional intelligence and leadership skill — someone who can maintain LYNN’s calm, luxury, and empowering environment while ensuring efficiency and profitability.

    Responsibilities
    Customer Experience & BrandAlignment:

    • Welcome every guest warmly and attentively, ensuring they feel seen, valued, and cared for.
    • Uphold the LYNN Naturals standard of service — calm tone, confident presence, empathetic listening, and graceful professionalism.
    • Ensure the studio ambience reflects LYNN’s brand values: clean, calm, natural, and nurturing
    • Encourage clients to view their visit as an act of self-care and self-worth.
    • Resolve client concerns with empathy, transparency, and confidence.

    Team Management & Culture Building:

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor stylists and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
    • Conduct regular team check-ins and short wellness reflections to promote balance and harmony.
    • Maintain clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to LYNN’s mission.
    • Ensure grooming, punctuality, and professionalism across all team members.
    • Foster a “purpose-driven” culture that aligns with LYNN’s broader ecosystem values.

    Operations & Administration:

    • Oversee daily scheduling, appointments, and client flow.
    • Track inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
    • Handle cash / point-of-sale operations accurately.
    • Submit performance reports to the Group Operations Manager.

    Marketing & Brand Representation:

    • Support content creation for LYNN Naturals’ social media.
    • Represent the brand at events and collaborations.
    • Identify partnership opportunities aligned with LYNN’s purpose-driven values.
    • Promote loyalty programs and cross-referrals with LYNN Whole Foods.

    Training & Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions.
    • Stay updated on natural hair trends and holistic beauty practices.
    • Encourage the team to embody LYNN’s tone — calm, confident, nurturing.
    • Gather client feedback and use insights to improve experience delivery.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • 90%+ client satisfaction rating.
    • Repeat client rate of 70% or more.
    • Zero unresolved customer complaints.
    • On-time opening & closing 100% of the time.
    • Cleanliness & ambience audit score of 90%+.
    • Monthly sales targets met or exceeded.
    • Staff retention rate above 90% Adherence to LYNN tone and service standards.

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
    • 3 - 5 years of experience managing a beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Tech-savvy and emotionally intelligent.
