    Senior IT Applications Manager

    Job Purpose

    • We are looking for a dedicated, resourceful application manager to join our IT department and take over the supervision of our software applications.
    • The responsibilities of the application manager include identifying the best applications for the business's needs, installing the software, and upgrading and repairing the software as needed.
    • To be successful as an application manager, you should have a strong working knowledge of computer networking and administration, as well as expertise with computer troubleshooting.
    • Ultimately, a top-notch application manager should have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to deadlines.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Analyzing business operations and the business's computer systems and determining which software applications could improve efficiency.
    • Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or install new ones.
    • Leading teams of IT specialists in the implementation and upgrading of network hardware and software.
    • Monitoring the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software.
    • Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications.
    • Training employees on the use of any new software applications and maintaining a good work atmosphere.
    • Creating, executing, and maintaining company databases.
    • Maintaining up-to-knowledge of the latest software developments.
    • Experience with Information system troubleshooting
    • Demonstrated skill in developing automated business systems.
    • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
    • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365, Business Central, SQL Server
    • Troubleshooting portals/websites for optimum efficiency and high availability as required
    • Procedure/Process documentation as required
    • Regular SLA reviews and Vendor management as required.

    Requirements
    Educational Requirements:

    • A Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

    Professional Requirements:

    • Broad working knowledge of computer networking, installation, and administration.
    • Experience with database management and project management.
    • Algorithm and data structure design
    • Database and application management/administration
    • Knowledge of Agile development, DevOps deployment and Waterfall development
    • SQL Queries and any relational database software
    • Business Process Models
    • Knowledge of .net framework is required
    • Knowledge of WordPress and Plesk management is required
    • Application and Database failover across data centres as required

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience with proof of production-based product/projects
    • Experience with ERP solutions

    CRM Specialist

    Description
    The primary job holder will be responsible for:

    • Administering multiple maintenance functions of the web-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with a primary goal of ensuring data integrity
    • The quality and consistency of data used to drive ARM sales and marketing efforts across various businesses
    • Objectively evaluates ROI of potential marketing effort based upon criteria set by marketing and customer experience teams

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver CRM strategy with a view of retaining existing customers, improving customer experience, increasing repeat visitation and growing qualified databases, across all ARM businesses
    • Manage quality and consistency of data, train users, generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives
    • Work across all ARM businesses to maintain timely, accurate and uniform documentation of all records in the CRM system
    • Segment and manage customer data for various ARM offerings and set up appropriate funnels and campaigns within CRM software that deliver results for the business
    • Set up marketing automation and establish workflows for data capture, always ensuring data integrity.
    • Delivery of all CRM activities for the business to meet agreed KPIs – including direct mail, SMS marketing, mobile messaging, loyalty program in line with marketing calendars for the brand.
    • Leverage campaign results to run the planning and testing process to continuously drive increased customer interest, conversion, sales, LTV and profitability across segments and channels
    • Customize and pull marketing reports from CRM system on a weekly basis with analysis of trends, successes and learnings. Set up live dashboards for campaigns
    • Create campaign specific landing pages and webforms on website to support CRM campaigns and capture data.
    • Manage partner relationship with CRM vendor companies
    • Update and maintain stakeholder records within the CRM system
    • Lead regular communicate on the need to ensure clean data for use across all areas of the organization
    • Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal business stakeholders (including sales, marketing and other departments) to support effective business decision-making
    • Assist with administrative duties related to research & business intelligence
    • Demonstrate a complete commitment to the goals and mission of ARM, and represent the brand professionally at company and client sponsored events
    • Perform other related duties, special projects and assignments as required.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in a CRM and/or analytical role (ideal backgrounds include similar CRM administrator role in financial services sector
    • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (Math, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, etc)

    Head, Brand Management & Development

    Job Objective(s)

    • Responsible for designing efficient branding processes to maintain brand consistency, justifying branding efforts with data, building inter-departmental relationships to build support bases for branding activities, managing ARM’s digital brand assets, immersing in the organization’s target markets to gain understanding of their nuances (and hence apply this to branding efforts), and driving real-time engagements in social media space.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Strategic Brand Management: Support the development and implementation of an effective brand management strategy, that supports the optimal brand positioning of the organization; identifies and adopts appropriate marketing vehicles (e.g. social media, SEO, events); monitors relevant channels (e.g. electronic media, newspapers, social media) to assess perceptions and interactions with the organization’s brand, and collaborates with both internal (i.e. customer experience management), and external stakeholders (i.e. rating agencies) to measure customer-based brand equity
    • Public Relations: Responsible for building alliances with both internal and external stakeholders to develop, and execute PR campaigns, with the aim of shaping and framing positive public perception of the organization.
    • Media Relations: Manage the organization’s relationship with the media through the proactive development of media contacts; monitoring media coverage, writing & distributing press releases; informing the press & general public of upcoming events or ongoing initiatives; monitoring media coverage; leading the organization of media events and promotional activities; and implementing initiatives to drive media coverage.
    • Brand Assurance: Ensure consistency in the brand’s manifestation in signages, branded and promotional items, by instituting appropriate quality controls, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors; ensure quality of signages and branded items, and undertake maintenance of brand collaterals.
    • Corporate Social Responsibility: Support the development of the organization’s CSR framework, and drive it’s execution, with the aim of promoting the organization’s positive citizenship in its operating environment.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively seek to build mutually beneficial, and trusting relationships with internal stakeholders - especially client functions, with the aim of delivering operational impact. Vendor Management: Manage the organization’s relationship with external agencies /service providers in line with the firm’s established practices and procedures (e.g. service level management).
    • Cost Management: Monitor the utilization, and allocation of the organization’s branding budget, and associated costs, with the aim of ensuring optimal utility of available resources, and avoiding budget over-runs.
    • Measurement of Branding Metrics: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify relevant metrics for measuring the organization’s brand(s), and associated branding efforts, tracking and measuring key metrics for evaluating their effectiveness towards meeting targeted business objectives.
    • Supports Team’s Development: Provides advice, guidance and assistance to less experienced colleagues as required.

    Requirements
    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
    • Master’s Degree in Public Relations or Marketing
    • Professional certification in Public Relations or advertising from a recognized professional body (e.g. CIPR, NIPR, APCON)

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in corporate communications, advertising and/or marketing research, 3 of which should be in mnagerial capacity
